As a small business, I do not yet have a warehouse. As a result, each order is processed or fulfilled as it is purchased.

Processing, also known as fulfillment is the time it takes to make your product.

Our processing time is calculated in business days: 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 

  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Processing time is different from shipping time. After your items are processed, then they they are shipped.



Shipping takes anywhere between 4 to 8 business days.

Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.

Each order shipped comes with tracking information and is sent to you once the item officially ships out.


Refund Policy

We do not accept general refunds. We understand that online shopping may pose issues and are constantly striving to make the experience better.

We strongly advise you to utilize the size chart available under each item. However, as of now, we will not be accepting refunds unless the item was defective and the defect was caused by us.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges up to 14 days after the package is received.

We do not offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, not damaged) and with original packing slip list.

Defective Orders


Products that were received damaged, defective or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of reception by contacting us through our


Items may be exchanged or refunded completely.

Please note that if such items are not reported in a timely manner, we will not refund it.
