Possible Delays Due to Covid-19

Due to Covid-19, there may be delays when processing or fulfilling your product.

AYICIA works with a fulfillment company to produce and ship out orders. The company is currently working at basic capacity due to the limited mobility allowed at this time. This means that there will be longer fulfillment or processing times. There may also be delays with delivery of your products.

I ask that you allow 10-14 days for fulfillment and 7-10 days for delivery. We are working out hardest to ensure you not only receive your product, but in the best condition possible. However, we also want to maintain order and safety. I am sorry for the delays but I thank you for your patience and understanding!

Here is a message from the fulfillment company themselves,

“Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue supporting online merchants. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our customers to work from home however we can. This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality.

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for some product categories. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. We're closely communicating with our partners to make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels from their distributed network of wholesalers.

We're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently. As of now, we're working with 2 backup facilities in the US and Australia and we're looking for more options.

All branches are practicing extra safety measures.

We have implemented company-wide work from home policies. Everybody who can has been working from home for the past few weeks.

Here's what we're doing to keep fulfillment teams safe:

  • We're staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station

  • We set up partitions at tables in our break rooms

  • Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees

  • In Charlotte, we set up an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone

We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.

As always, your support means a lot to me, especially during this time. Stay safe and be blessed!
